This role will be responsible for preparing BOQs, performing accurate quantity take-offs, conducting rate analysis, and developing detailed cost estimates, while supporting procurement planning, cost control, and contractor billing. 3) AutoCad Draftsman (Contract)

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering, or a related technical field, with certification and proficiency in AutoCAD software.

This position involves preparing technical and as-built drawings, interpreting engineering data, updating revisions, and providing drafting support throughout project stages. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination with project teams.
