MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Manager Consumer & Agri Product Development”.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelors in Business, Finance or related field will be given preference. 

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ 4-5 years of experience in consumer banking 

➡️ Plus 2 years in Islamic digital financing product development.

➡️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

➡️ Strong knowledge of Islamic financing structures (Murabaha, Muswamah, Ijarah, Diminishing Musharakah)

➡️ Experience with digital rollout, UAT, and stakeholder coordination

➡️ Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills

➡️ Good understanding of banking products and market dynamics

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Develop Islamic consumer (Auto, House, Solar etc.) & Agri Products in coordination with relevant stakeholders

➡️ Develop Product Programs, financing documents, E2E process manuals, SOPs etc.

➡️ Manage system integration, UAT and post-launch support with IT and relevant stakeholders

➡️ Collaborate with Marketing for Shariah-compliant collateral design

➡️ Design and deliver training programs for bank staff

➡️ Manage product development for government schemes (e-bikes, housing, renewable energy, FRP etc.)

➡️ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
