📢 MedHeave Asia is Hiring: HR Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
🎯 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Up to 6 months of relevant HR experience will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
