Job Title: E‑Commerce Delivery Operations Coordinator
Location: Onsite – Sukkur, Sindh
Role
We are hiring a dedicated individual to oversee e‑commerce parcel bookings and ensure smooth, successful deliveries to customers. The role is focused on courier operations, delivery performance, and customer coordination to improve overall success ratio.
Key Duties
Clear pending parcels daily and ensure timely dispatch
Contact customers to confirm addresses, delivery details, and resolve issues
Monitor and reduce fake rider attempts
Increase delivery success ratio from current levels
Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners, and internal teams to streamline delivery flow
Track and report delivery performance metrics
Handle delivery‑related complaints professionally and ensure resolution
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business/Logistics preferred)
1–2 years of experience in courier operations, logistics, or e‑commerce delivery management
Strong communication skills in Urdu and English
Ability to analyze delivery data and implement improvement strategies
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
Shifts
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Compensation
Salary: Base + Commission (Total earning potential PKR 30,000+)
