📌 Role: Project Coordinator Intern

💼 Duration: 3-Month Internship, leading to a Permanent Role

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite

📍 Location: Johar Town, G-4, Lahore

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢:

- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Assist the team in planning and tracking software development, customer onboarding, and environment upgrade projects.

- 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀: Help prepare and update project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones using MS Excel.

- 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work with Development, QA, and UI/UX teams to follow up on tasks and keep projects moving.

- 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀: Help draft status reports and project updates for stakeholders.

- 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Spot potential delays or blockers early and flag them to your seniors.

- 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 & 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Help schedule meetings, take notes, and keep project documentation organized.

- 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 & 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄: Pick up real-world project management practices and share ideas to improve our workflows.

🔎 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥

🎓 A freshly graduate in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

🔄 Basic understanding of SDLC.

🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.

⏰ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

💻 Working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

🧩 Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

🤝 Team player with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
