We're hiring: Talent Acquisition Officer
On-site, Rawalpindi | 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
I'm building out the recruitment function at EZ MD Solutions LLC and looking for one person to join me. We work US hours, so this is a night shift role. If that suits your life, read on.
This is a genuine entry point into recruitment. You will not be fetching files. From week one, you'll be sourcing candidates, running first-round screening calls, and owning a live pipeline for international healthcare roles.
What you'll do
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen applications and run initial phone and video screening calls
• Maintain the candidate tracker and keep it accurate
• Coordinate interview scheduling for shortlisted candidates
• Keep me updated on sourcing progress
What I'm looking for
• 0 to 6 months of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong written and spoken English. This one is non-negotiable
• Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple candidates at once
• Basic comfort with LinkedIn, job boards, and spreadsheets
• Able to commit to the 6 PM to 3 AM shift, on-site.

Full-time, on-site in Rawalpindi.
Hands-on mentorship in end-to-end recruitment, exposure to US healthcare hiring, and a clear path into a full-cycle recruiter role.
