WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER – PURCHASE

 

Chawla Group of Companies is looking for a capable and experienced Assistant Manager – Purchase to manage procurement activities across its diverse business operations.

Faisalabad

 

🎓 Qualification

BBA / B.Com / MBA / M.Com

Preferably in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field

Professional certification in Supply Chain / Procurement will be an added advantage.

 

💼 Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement / Supply Chain

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, milk processing, agriculture, chemicals, or related industries will be preferred.

 

🛒 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities according to approved requirements.

Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and related procurement documentation.

Procure raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, dairy/milk processing materials, spare parts, machinery items, agricultural inputs, office supplies, and other operational requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Finance, Administration, Sales, Dairy Farms, Milk Processing, Agri Farms, Foods, and NIU Outlets.

Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining effective cost and inventory controls.

Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and compliance.

Maintain updated vendor database, quotation comparisons, purchase records, and procurement reports.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier development, and process improvement.

Ensure procurement activities comply with Company policies, approved budgets, and authorization limits.
