We’re Hiring: HR Executive / Officer
Tech Solutions Pro is looking for an experienced HR Executive / Officer to join our team.
We’re seeking a proactive HR professional with 3+ years of experience who understands recruitment, people management, and day-to-day HR operations. Experience in IT or Digital Agency recruitment will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
• Source and attract suitable candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Coordinate interviews, hiring processes, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support attendance, leave, performance, and employee relations processes
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal communication
• Work closely with management to identify hiring requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future vacancies
Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• IT / Digital Agency recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities efficiently
• Good understanding of HR processes and professional workplace practices
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
⏰ Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
