US Outbound Caller / Sales Representative – Accounting Services

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Type: Full-Time

*About the Role*

BackTech is looking for an experienced and highly motivated US Outbound Caller / Sales Representative to promote accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and financial services to businesses in the United States.

The ideal candidate should have experience in US outbound calling, B2B sales, lead generation, or professional services sales and be confident speaking with US business owners.

*Key Responsibilities*

Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based business owners and decision-makers.

Pitch accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial services.

Understand prospects' business needs and accounting-related pain points.

Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches.

Build rapport and establish trust with prospects.

Handle objections effectively and confidently.

Qualify leads based on business needs, current accounting setup, budget, and decision-making authority.

Schedule appointments and/or close sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and sales.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

*What We're Looking For*

Previous experience in US outbound calling or B2B sales.

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

Confidence in speaking with US business owners.

Strong pitching, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.

Experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or other professional services is a plus.

Proven track record of generating qualified leads, conversions, or sales revenue is preferred.

*Performance Expectations*

Ability to handle approximately 150–250+ outbound calls per day, depending on campaign requirements and call duration.

Focus on quality conversations, qualified leads, appointments, conversions, and revenue generated.

Strong performers will be eligible for performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
