o Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail Stores and Central Warehouse positions.
o Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
o Source, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
o Create employee IDs and maintain accurate employee information in the HRMS.
o Prepare, organize and maintain employee files, joining documents and recruitment records.
o Coordinate onboarding formalities and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
o Provide operational HR support and ensure smooth execution of routine HR processes.
o Perform ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by HR management.

o BBA in HR, Business Administration or a relevant field. MBA will be preferred.
o 1โ3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail sector.
o Experience in recruitment for Retail Stores and Warehouse is required.
o Good command of Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
o Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
