About the Role:
As a Senior HR Officer - Operations, you will manage end-to-end HR operations including HRIS/ HCM administration, payroll support, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and employee relations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, analytics, and headcount summaries while ensuring compliance with labor laws, HR policies.
- Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmations, and off boarding while maintaining accurate employee records and processing lifecycle changes such as transfers, promotions, separations, and renewals.
- Update, manage, and analyze HRIS/HCM data, train staff on system usage and workflows, and troubleshoot system issues with IT.
- Monitor and verify attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave data for payroll, coordinate with finance for accurate processing, and maintain payroll confidentiality.
- Resolve employee queries, support engagement activities and build strong relationships with employees and branches.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, experience, and conduct branch visits to ensure HR process compliance and employee support.
- Manage employee medical insurance, including record maintenance, coordination with providers, and follow-up on claims.
- Recommend improvements in HR processes and policies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS/HCM management, payroll support, or HR coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with HRIS / HCM systems
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Maintain Confidentiality and professionalism
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good understanding of labor laws & HR compliance
