B2B Senior Sales Executive

Sourceway Consulting is Hiring: B2B Senior Sales Executive.

About the Role:

We are launching a new customized packaging company focused on serving businesses across the United States through our online platform.

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven B2B Senior Sales Executive  to become the **first member of our sales 

As the first sales hire, you will also have the opportunity to help build our sales processes, CRM workflow, follow-up systems, and customer experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage  and Communicate with US based customers  on inbound sales inquiries from website, email, video calls, live chat, and other channels.

* Understand customer packaging requirements, including dimensions, materials, quantities, printing, finishing, and customization.

* Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.

* Prepare and present quotations.

* Follow up consistently and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.

* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting margins.

* Close B2B sales and convert qualified prospects into customers.

* Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.

* Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential US business customers.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.

* Coordinate with management, suppliers, and production partners to fulfill customer requirements.

* Follow up on samples, artwork, specifications, and other information required to finalize orders.

* Help develop sales scripts, templates, SOPs, and follow-up processes.

* Initially manage the sales function independently.

* Proven experience closing B2B deals

* Experience dealing directly with **US-based customers independently.

* Excellent spoken and written English

* Strong skills on  phone sales and negotiation.

* Experience using CRM systems

* Ability to understand customer requirements.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Ability to work independently and take ownership

* Results-driven approach with a strong focus on revenue.

Experience in any of the following will be a strong advantage:

* Custom packaging

* Printing & packaging

* B2B e-commerce

* US-based B2B sales

* International call center / inside-sales environments

Packaging industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
