Job Purpose
Issuance and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the overall storage of inventory.
Principal Responsibilities
Timely issuance and receiving of inventory
Issuance/receiving cycle entries recording in SAP, handled on site of WH
Supervises store location placements/stacking in WH
Supervises counting of raw material on issuance/receiving/stock counts
Excess/shortage coordination done on WH site
Coordinates with production departments/3PL for resolving their concerns regarding raw materials
Responsible for sharing stock and transaction reports with 3PL weekly, and immediately resolving discrepancy if any
Processing/preparing of stock adjustments at month end
Ensuring the implementation of batch management in the 3PL store
Ensuring NFL approved SOPs are in compliance with at 3PL store
