𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We are looking for a Product Manager to own Mosafir’s end-to-end product lifecycle across Flights, Hotels, Tours & Activities, Visa/Trip Assistance, subscriptions, and other travel services.

The role will drive product strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization, with a strong focus on bookings, conversion, revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Own Mosafir’s product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.

- Manage the end-to-end booking and fulfillment journey.

- Drive conversion optimization, A/B testing, and product growth.

- Develop PRDs, user stories, and product requirements.

- Manage product backlogs, UAT, launches, and post-launch optimization.

- Lead GDS, airline/NDC, hotel, payment, telecom, and third-party API integrations.

- Identify commercial, monetization, and partnership opportunities.

- Use product analytics and customer insights to drive data-led decisions.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and external partners.

- Monitor key metrics including conversion, bookings, revenue, ARPU, CAC, retention, and booking success.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Travel Tech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or Technology Platforms.

- Proven experience managing web & mobile products from strategy to execution.

- Proven experience in travel/OTA platforms, booking systems, airline ticketing, and travel technology.

- Strong product, commercial, and analytical skills.

- Experience with product analytics, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and KPI tracking.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
