Tazij Meats & Food is looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Officer to support day-to-day administrative and facility operations at our factory premises.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations and facility upkeep
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requirements with relevant departments
• Supervise housekeeping, sanitation, canteen, mess, and cleanliness activities
• Monitor contractors and maintain records of maintenance/construction work
• Manage company accommodation and related administrative matters
• Maintain vehicle documentation, fuel records, and vehicle movement logs
• Monitor attendance of administrative support staff
• Coordinate with suppliers, exporters, contractors, and external service providers
• Handle administrative matters related to government departments
• Ensure proper documentation, discipline, hygiene, and compliance with company standards
