📍 ServiceNow Developer - REMOTE
Key Responsibilities
Design and build workflows and approval processes using Flow Designer
Configure forms, lists, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
Develop custom applications and data models using App Engine
Configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and the self-service portal
Build integrations with external systems via IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs
Configure notifications, reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators
Implement access controls (ACLs), roles, and groups
Develop reusable components and follow platform best practices
Create ATF tests and resolve UAT and production defects
Manage Update Sets and support upgrades, patches, and release activities
Create and maintain technical documentation
