🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strong business relationships with key Modern Trade accounts partners.

Drive sales growth, distribution, visibility, and profitability across assigned accounts.

Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with overall sales objectives.

Monitor sales performance, stock availability, assortment, promotions, and in-store execution.

Manage and coordinate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.

Negotiate and manage trade schemes, promotions, claims, commercial terms, and account-related matters.

Track market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and emerging opportunities.

Conduct regular business reviews and identify initiatives to improve account performance.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

👤 Candidate Profile:

We are looking for professionals who bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in Modern Trade, Key Accounts, FMCG, or Consumer Goods.

Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations, account management, commercial negotiations, and retail execution.

Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver against sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.

Commercial acumen with a proactive, result-oriented approach.

Experience managing major retail chains / Modern Trade accounts will be highly preferred.
