Tech Ventures is looking for a Project Coordinator / Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management / Project Coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and a genuine interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and project delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Work closely with Project Managers, technical/functional teams, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain project plans, trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.

• Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Prepare project status updates and highlight risks, issues, delays, and dependencies.

• Support project planning, resource coordination, scheduling, and client communication.

• Participate in project meetings and assist with requirements, progress tracking, and follow-ups.

• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI productivity tools for documentation, analysis, reporting, meeting summaries, research, and task planning.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve project management processes and team productivity.

🔹 Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Project Coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Good understanding of project management processes and project lifecycle.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar tools.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Ability to effectively use AI for research, documentation, reporting, analysis, and day-to-day project activities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
