IMARAT is Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive (Female)
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the organization’s growth and workforce objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals.
-Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (corporate or industry experience preferred) is must.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
