Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Procurement - Energy & Projects
B.Sc. Engineering (Electronics / Mechatronics) OR Master's in supply chain, Business, Finance, and relevant field with 14-16 years of experience of procurement at a reputable organization.
This role oversees procurement operations for assigned categories, driving strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost efficiency and long-term value. It manages supplier relationships, including onboarding and developing strategic partners, and leads contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. The role also handles procurement related to energy (utilities, fuel, power) and capital projects, while supporting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, it focuses on contract management, cost-saving plans, supplier optimization, and creating synergies across business units, while addressing procurement-related audits and legal matters as required.
