viSole Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and dependable IT Technician to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of hardware and software infrastructure.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Provide on-site & remote technical support to staff
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
Perform routine system updates, backups, and security checks
Maintain documentation of IT systems and troubleshooting processes
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
Understanding of Server management is a plus
