Senior Product Designer

🚨 NayaPay is hiring a Senior Product Designer!

🎯Location: ONSITE, Karachi, Pakistan

What you'll be doing:

- Own the end-to-end design process, from problem definition and research through high-fidelity design, handoff, and launch.

- Partner with product, engineering, and business leadership to turn strategy into clear, prioritized design initiatives.

- Lead and facilitate the UX process across stakeholders, backing your decisions with user insights, data, and technical feasibility.

- Evolve and scale our design system, setting the quality bar for consistency, accessibility, and craft.

- Mentor junior designers through design reviews, feedback, and day-to-day guidance.

- Champion the users voice, articulating design rationale and influencing product direction across teams.

- Raise the standard of design across mobile and web products used by thousands of customers.

What you need to have:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in product design, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or other complex digital products

- Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience

- A strong online portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered design work across desktop and mobile

- Proven ability to lead projects independently, scope work, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Experience building, maintaining, or scaling design systems

- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus

- Strong knowledge of the latest Android and iOS design guidelines

- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders

- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
