Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: onsite - Karachi/Islamabad | Remote for other cities
Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM
Job Overview:
Arpatech (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a skilled and client-focused Solution Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong understanding of software development and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting the sales team in delivering tailored software and cloud-based offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and translate them into scalable software and cloud solutions.
Design high-level solution architectures, workflows, and integration strategies.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and pitch decks.
Participate in discovery calls to gather functional and technical requirements.
Support sales processes through demos, presentations, and technical Q&A sessions.
Assist in building pricing models based on project scope and effort estimation.
Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure smooth post-sale handoff.
Provide early-stage guidance on architecture, tools, and technology stack decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4β5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
Ability to design scalable and high-level system architectures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and solutioning.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
