Minimum Bachelorโs degree required. Bachelors in Business, Finance or related field will be given preference.ย

โก๏ธ 3-5 years of relevant experience.ย
โก๏ธ Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in product development within the banking sector.ย
โก๏ธ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesย
โก๏ธ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)ย
โก๏ธ Good understanding of banking products and market dynamicsย
โก๏ธ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

โก๏ธ Assist in the development and enhancement of liability products (CASA, term deposits, etc.)ย
โก๏ธ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunitiesย
โก๏ธ Support end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launchย
โก๏ธ Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product rollout and process optimizationย
โก๏ธ Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
