AuVitronics Limited, a company of House of Habib, is looking for competent and result-oriented professionals for the following position:
Vacancy: Assistant Manager Commercial
Department: Supply Chain
Education: Graduation / Masters in Supply Chain
No. of Positions: 01
Experience: 4 – 6 years
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage end-to-end import planning, including customer / OEM forecast review, raw material run-downs, supplier coordination, and shipment tracking.
2.Execute material planning and MRP activities in SAP to ensure timely availability of materials.
3.Maintain and improve MRP master data such as lead times, MOQ, lot sizing, safety stock, and BOM accuracy.
4.Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders, PFIs, and delivery schedules.
5.Analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, and lead times to minimize shortages, excess stock, and carrying costs.
6.Review vendor invoices and ensure alignment with purchase orders and agreed commercial terms.
7.Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and product development teams for accurate demand planning and smooth material flow.
8.Generate and analyze MRP and inventory reports; monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
