We’re Hiring: Permit Coordinator
Oxiliry is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Permit Coordinator to streamline our permit application processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for keeping projects on track, this could be the perfect role for you.
Location: Hyderabad, Karachi (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with city, county, state, and utility authorities
Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams for required documents
Maintain accurate permit records and ensure compliance with deadlines
Communicate updates and timelines to stakeholders
Build strong relationships with municipal and utility permitting departments
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field
Experience in permitting (solar, construction, or utilities preferred)
Familiarity with building codes, zoning ordinances, and permit platforms
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
