HR Executive

We’re Hiring: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment trackers updated.
- Support in drafting job descriptions as assigned.
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer/confirmation letters, and other HR records.
- Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding formalities to ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding stages.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Partner with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
- Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a reputed university.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR (experience in fashion/retail or FMCG industries preferred)
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
