Z2C is looking for a Creative Manager to join its Begin team.
What We Are Looking For:
▪ Qualification: Min Bachelor’s
▪ Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency
▪ Location: Karachi
Job Description:
▪ Lead brainstorming sessions to develop original content ideas for clients across all platforms.
▪ Oversee all creative asset execution and deliveries
▪ Develop and oversee end-to-end social media strategies including content calendars, creative assets and campaign execution
▪ Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery while maintaining deadlines
▪ Proactively pitch new ideas and content opportunities directly to clients
▪ Present all decks and concepts confidently and gather feedback
Skills Required:
▪ Experience in managing creative teams, timelines and budgets
▪ Strong understanding of creative workflow and digital content
▪ Proven case studies of past campaigns
▪ Proven project management and communication skills
▪ Exceptional confidence in presenting and ability to build partnership
