🕘 Job Type: Full-time, On-site
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
💰 Compensation: Market competitive salary + commission on closed deals

🌐 Web and Mobile App Development
📣 Digital Marketing (Social Media, Paid Ads, Email Campaigns)
🔍 SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
✍️ Content Writing and Copywriting
🎬 Video Editing and Branding
⚙️ Custom Software Solutions

📌 Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions
Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and pricing
Manage the sales pipeline and close deals
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in IT service or agency sales is a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
Ability to learn and explain technical services in simple terms
Familiar with CRM tools and sales processes

📊 Performance KPIs:
Leads Generated: 50+ per month
Meetings Booked: 15–20 per month
Deals Closed: Minimum 3–5 per month
Revenue Goals: Based on service packages
CRM Updates: 100% logging of all activity
