About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Officer Compliance.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure business operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures.
Communicate compliance requirements across departments.
Identify compliance risks within the organization.
Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulators.
Promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
Deliver compliance training programs to employees.
Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and monitoring activities.
🎯 Requirements:
- Education: BS(Environmental Science OR Food Science) or relevant degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in relevant field.
