π ππ¨ππππ’π¨π§: Remote - Pakistan | πΌ Full-Time / PermanentΒ
Β ππ‘π’ππ: 8:00 AM -5:00 PM πππ
πππ² π«ππ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’ππ’π₯π’ππ’ππ¬:
Manage Accounts Receivable, collections & client follow-ups
Oversee ConnectBooster and EFT AutoPay initiatives
Handle month-end close and financial verifications
Manage bi-weekly payroll through Ceridian & CAAT pension processes
Complete bank reconciliations 3x weekly
Manage HST, QST, WSIB, tax installments & EHT requirements
Monitor and resolve finance tasks through the ConnectWise Finance Board
Support vacation tracking, onboarding, and finance administration
ππ‘ππ π°πβπ«π π₯π¨π¨π€π’π§π ππ¨π«:
β 3-5 years Accounting/finance experience
β Strong attention to detail & organization
β Payroll experience; Ceridian is an asset
β ConnectBooster/ConnectWise experience is an asset
β Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
