Python AI/ML Engineer

🚀 TekDex 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗜/𝗠𝗟 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿

We're looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, artificial intelligence, backend development, and building production-ready AI applications.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions

• Build scalable Python-based applications, APIs, and backend services

• Train, evaluate, optimize, and integrate machine learning models

• Work with structured and unstructured data for model development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products

• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Python, AI, or machine learning

• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Experience with REST APIs, databases, data processing, and model deployment

• Understanding of NLP, deep learning, generative AI, or large language models will be an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

📍 Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site

🕕 Timings: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
