Operations Team Lead / Specialist

Farm To Home is hiring Operations Team Lead / Specialist.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

-Oversee day-to-day operational activities including order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination

 -Manage and monitor supply chain operations from farm sourcing to end-customer delivery

 -Coordinate with farmers, vendors, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely operations

 -Ensure product quality, freshness, and operational efficiency at all stages

 -Lead, guide, and support the operations team to meet daily targets and KPIs

 -Handle operational issues, customer escalations, and resolve bottlenecks promptly

 -Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines

 -Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and analyze performance metrics

 -Support expansion activities including new locations, routes, or processes

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

-Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

 -2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain (team lead experience preferred)

 -Strong understanding of operational workflows, inventory management, and logistics

 -Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

 -Ability to manage teams and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

 -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools)

 -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 -Flexibility to work extended hours when required
