Mosafir is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Interns to join our Ticketing & Tours team. This role offers hands-on exposure to airline ticketing, travel operations, and tour management, making it ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in the travel industry.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Assist in domestic and international ticket bookings and reservationsย
- Support ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations under guidanceย
- Help create and update travel itineraries and tour documentationย
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams for smooth executionย
- Maintain accurate booking records, pricing, and customer informationย
- Conduct basic research on destinations, trends, and travel offeringsย
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Fresh graduate (Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred)ย
- Good communication and organizational skillsย

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheetsย
