Accounts Receivable Executive

Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive (Fresh Graduates preferred).

As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Prepare and issue customer invoices. Verify billing information and assist in resolving discrepancies. Follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments.

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐔𝐩𝐬: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue invoices. Assist in maintaining accounts receivable records and aging reports.

𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing and payment-related queries. Build positive relationships to support smooth payment processes.

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠: Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and account adjustments. Assist with account reconciliations and data management.

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Support the preparation of receivable and collection reports. Assist in analyzing payment trends and account status.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Follow company policies and accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒:

-Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

-Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software will be an advantage.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.

-Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance-related role.

𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Finance), or a related field.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Up to 6 months of internship or relevant work experience would be a plus.
