Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Attendance & Payroll Officer to manage daily attendance verification, payroll processing, and employee data records. The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify daily attendance with department heads.
Prepare payroll (salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses).
Maintain and update employee data and records.
Generate attendance and payroll reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in attendance & payroll management.
Proficiency in payroll software & MS Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
