Assistant Manager – Sales (Packaging Industry)

We're looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales who can strengthen our client base and drive new business opportunities.

Responsiblities:
- Lead and manage B2B sales in the packaging sector.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, packaging industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Goal-driven and highly motivated.
