📍 Location: Karachi | Flexible Shift | Onsite

- Experience: 2–3 years in online bidding (Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, Guru)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & optimize profiles on Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, and Guru
- Identify & bid on relevant projects daily
- Draft customized proposals aligned with client needs
- Maintain professional communication to secure deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate project estimates
- Track bid success rates and prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- In-depth knowledge of freelance marketplaces
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with project scoping and requirement analysis
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or design/development is a plus
