Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–4 years of experience in EDI or system integration roles
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes related to billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange between internal systems and external clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage EDI billing transactions
• Process and validate billing files through EDI systems
• Identify and resolve transaction errors or rejections
• Collaborate with Billing, Finance, and IT teams
• Maintain EDI mappings, configurations, and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with billing standards
• Coordinate with clients/vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Analyze reports and improve billing efficiency
