TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is building a performance-driven affiliate network and are looking for a Brand Partnership & Affiliate Network Manager to lead merchant acquisition, onboarding, and relationship growth. This role is critical in scaling our network by bringing high-quality brands and ensuring long-term revenue partnerships.
๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
ย โข Identify, approach, and onboard brands/advertisers into our affiliate network
ย โข Build and manage long-term partnerships with merchants
ย โข Negotiate commission structures, payouts, and exclusive deals
ย โข Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launches
ย โข Monitor partner performance (revenue, conversions, ROI)
ย โข Optimize partnerships for higher EPC and conversions
ย โข Maintain a strong pipeline of new merchant acquisitions
ย โข Stay updated with affiliate trends and competitor networks
๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
ย โข 1-3 years experience in affiliate marketing / partnerships / business development
ย โข Strong understanding of CPA, CPS, CPL models
ย โข Experience working with affiliate platforms (like Impact, CJ, etc.)
ย โข Excellent negotiation and communication skills
ย โข Proven ability to close and manage B2B partnerships
