Candidate Profile & Eligibility

We seek a decisive and dependable leader with strong command presence, sound judgment, and the ability to uphold rigorous security standards in a demanding industrial environment.

Military Background: Retired Captains from the Pakistan Army will be preferred.

Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 10–12 years of post-retirement security experience in a manufacturing setup, industrial plant, or large-scale production facility.

Operational Leadership: Proven expertise in security team supervision, shift deployment, access control, gate operations, surveillance, and perimeter protection.

People & Asset Protection: Demonstrated capability in safeguarding employees, visitors, vehicles, raw materials, finished goods, and company assets.

Risk & Emergency Management: Sound knowledge of security SOPs, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency response, fire-safety coordination, and crisis management.

Coordination & Reporting: Strong liaison skills with law-enforcement agencies, local administration, and emergency services, supported by clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely reporting.
