Area Sales Manager

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is looking for an "Area Sales Manager" in KLI.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or a related discipline (Automotive OEM experience preferred; proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems is essential).

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an automotive area management role, with a proven track record of managing dealership networks, driving retail and corporate sales growth, and optimizing lead conversion.

Location: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing area-wise sales plans aligned with regional sales objectives and annual business plans. The role involves managing dealership operations, monitoring showroom footfall and sales funnels, and driving both retail and corporate sales volumes while ensuring strict adherence to OEM sales policies and ethical business practices.

The individual will coordinate seamlessly with Dealer Principals, dealership sales teams, and internal departments—including Sales Administration and Aftersales—to streamline vehicle allocations, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve dealer claims. Additionally, they will conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly dealer performance reviews, manage lead funnels, and track key sales KPIs across assigned territory networks.

Notably, the role includes implementing area-specific marketing and on-ground activation plans, monitoring lead conversion ratios, gathering competitor intelligence, and promptly handling escalated customer concerns to deliver an exceptional purchase experience. The position also entails conducting structured training sessions on product knowledge, Standard Sales Procedures (SSP), and customer handling to elevate dealer capability and sustain performance targets.

Strong result orientation, consultative selling capabilities, and analytical acumen are essential, along with effective negotiation skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive dealer performance in a rapidly evolving automotive landscape.
