Junior Graphic Designer

Bachaa Party is looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and create impactful visuals across retail, digital, and brand experiences.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Design and execute store branding including facades, windows, in-store graphics, murals, signage, wayfinding, seasonal campaigns, hoardings, banners, and promotional displays.

• Adapt artwork across different store formats, sizes, and locations while maintaining brand consistency.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accurate and timely execution of branding materials.

• Support Head Office and environmental branding initiatives.

• Create social media, digital marketing, and promotional assets, including ads, website banners, push notifications, emailers, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

• Develop animations and digital signage for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Design creative assets for events, giveaways, FOC activities, and other marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with different departments to deliver creative design solutions aligned with business and brand objectives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, retail, or a creative environment.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color, and visual communication.

• Experience designing for store branding, digital, and social media is preferred.

• Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats, sizes, and platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
