Job Title: IT Support Technician 

Job Type: Remote(7pm-3:30am)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team. The candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to employees and retail locations, troubleshoot common IT issues, and assist with maintaining computers, networks, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide basic technical support to employees and retail stores.

•Troubleshoot common issues with computers, printers, internet connections, software, and other IT equipment.

•Set up and configure computers, user accounts, printers, and other devices.

•Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic Microsoft 365 applications.

•Perform basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, internet, and connectivity issues.

•Assist with Windows updates, software installations, and basic system maintenance.

•Help manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory.

•Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.

•Keep basic records of IT issues, solutions, and equipment.

•Follow IT security and company policies.

•Provide friendly and professional support to users.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

•Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, and common software applications.

•Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers, and switches.

•Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 is an asset.

•Familiarity with Active Directory is an asset but not required.

•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

•Good communication and customer-service skills.

•Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Reliable, organized, and willing to take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Education & Experience

•Diploma, certificate, or coursework in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

•Previous IT support or help-desk experience is an asset but not required.

•Strong English communication skills.

•Candidates with relevant education, technical knowledge, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
