The Boys and Co is expanding its team! We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and relationship-driven Public Relations Specialist to elevate our brand presence. This role is a blend of strategic communication, media handling, and active sponsorship outreach to support our events, campaigns, and projects.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

The PR Specialist will oversee the organization’s public image, external communication, and media relations. You will also play a key role in identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors, sharing proposals, and supporting partnership development.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝟭. 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗣𝗥:

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, bloggers, and media houses.

Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and official statements.

Coordinate interviews, media appearances, and press briefings.

Secure consistent, positive coverage across digital, print, and broadcast media.

Manage media interaction during events, launches, and ceremonies.

𝟮. 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 & 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀:

Identify brands aligned with upcoming events and projects.

Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct communication.

Share sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.

Follow up with brand managers, agencies, and marketing teams.

Support management in scheduling sponsorship meetings and preparing pitch material.

Maintain organized trackers for outreach, responses, and progress.

𝟯. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Manage on-ground media presence during events.

Prepare press kits, media lists, and briefing notes.

Coordinate interviews, official photography, and event communication.

𝟰. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Ensure consistent and aligned communication across all public platforms.

Prepare communication notes, talking points, and speeches for leadership.

Collaborate on PR-led content and campaign material.

𝟱. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Track media coverage and prepare weekly/monthly PR & outreach reports.

Maintain and update media/brand contact databases.

Evaluate PR performance and suggest improvements.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Proven experience in PR, media relations, communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in sponsorship outreach or partnership management is a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Strong networking skills and media contacts are highly desirable.
