About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern - Recruitment to join our HR team. This opportunity is open to candidates with 0–6 months of experience in recruitment, including fresh graduates who are interested in building their career in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.

Source and shortlist candidates through different recruitment platforms.

Review CVs and screen candidates according to job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Conduct initial candidate screening and communicate with applicants.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

Prepare and maintain HR recruitment documentation.

Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.

Support the HR team in daily recruitment and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

0–6 months of experience in recruitment.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Good command of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.

Residents of Islamabad/Rawalpindi preferred.
