PalmPay is expanding its Cash‑Loan Local Operations Team. We’re seeking experienced professionals with Fintech backgrounds to drive marketing, promotion, and compliance‑aligned operations.

🔑 Core Competencies
>Operations Specialist: Local Urdu copywriting, daily‑operation execution, compliance awareness, social‑media operations, competitor analysis.
>Operations Supervisor: Channel promotion for new‑customer acquisition, team management, data‑driven optimization, compliance oversight, proven strategy implementation.
🎯 Experience Requirements
>Operations Specialist: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on operations experience in Pakistan’s cash‑loan, micro‑credit, or consumer‑finance industry.
>Operations Supervisor: Minimum 4–6 years of progressive operations experience in cash‑loan, micro‑credit, or consumer‑finance industry.
>Mandatory NBFC front‑line experience for both roles.
>Preference for candidates from fintech or micro loans companies
Strong Urdu copywriting, compliance awareness, and data‑analysis skills.
