Virtelligence is hiring an experienced International Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for U.S., Canadian, and global markets.

โช๏ธManage full-cycle recruitment โ from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
โช๏ธSource top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
โช๏ธRecruit for U.S. tech, healthcare, and corporate roles.
โช๏ธBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
โช๏ธPartner with hiring managers and track key recruitment metrics.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐'๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ:
โช๏ธ5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in U.S./international markets
โช๏ธStrong LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean sourcing skills.
โช๏ธBackground in IT/technical and/or healthcare recruitment.
โช๏ธExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
โช๏ธComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
๐๐จ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ:
โช๏ธExisting international candidate networks
