Are you a recent graduate looking to build your career in global supply chain and logistics?

Forward Ray is looking for a Supply Chain Intern – Logistics to join our Global Supply Chain team. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in international logistics while working with global partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll support the end-to-end movement of goods across international borders, including both air and sea shipments. You’ll work with 3PLs, warehouse partners, finance teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure shipments are handled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track international air and sea shipments.

• Review and validate shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and maintain landed cost worksheets for import cost analysis.

• Coordinate with 3PLs and warehouse partners for inbound and outbound logistics.

• Maintain shipment records and provide timely stakeholder updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shipment timelines, landed costs, and vendor payments.

• Use Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Suite for tracking and reporting.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Suite.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and time zones.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently.

Experience with 3PLs, shipment tracking, customs documentation, or supply chain certifications will be an added advantage.
