🔴 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝟮–𝟯 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗦-𝗢𝗡 𝗛𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗬.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Manage lead buckets, lifecycle stages, and lead movement in HubSpot.

• Monitor inbound leads daily to ensure accurate capture, routing, and follow-up.

• Maintain HubSpot properties, lists, segmentation, and data hygiene.

• Conduct regular audits, deduplication, and database cleanup.

• Build and manage workflows, nurture sequences, and email campaigns.

• Coordinate with Sales and Intake teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion.

• Maintain campaign calendars and lead-handling processes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead and marketing reports.

• Monitor attribution, campaign performance, and lead conversion.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 2–3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience is required.

• Candidates must have direct experience working in HubSpot. Experience with other CRM platforms alone will not be considered.

• Marketing Hub experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, email marketing, and reporting.

• Excellent data-management and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams.

• Legal/law firm marketing experience is a plus.

• Zero unmonitored or unrouted leads.

• Documented lead bucket and lifecycle criteria.

• Active campaign and nurture processes.

• Consistent reporting and attribution.

• Improved HubSpot data accuracy with reduced duplicates and missing data.
