Enzipe is looking for a TikTok Growth Expert who can manage and grow multiple TikTok accounts through strong organic growth strategies, content optimization, and a deep understanding of the platform.

📍 Location: On-site – Faisalabad (Remote opportunities are not available)

🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💼 Experience Required: 2+ Years

💼 Job Responsibilities

✅ Manage and grow multiple TikTok accounts simultaneously

✅ Develop and execute organic growth strategies

✅ Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement

✅ Research the latest TikTok trends, content formats, and audience behavior

✅ Stay updated with TikTok algorithms and platform changes

✅ Improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall account performance

✅ Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly

🎯 Requirements

✔ 2+ years of professional experience in TikTok growth or account management

✔ Proven experience managing multiple TikTok accounts

✔ Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and organic growth strategies

✔ Experience with content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis

✔ Ability to identify and utilize trending content opportunities

✔ Experience with SaaS-based products or software tools is a plus

✔ Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills
